Mixed-Grip Pull-Up
- 1 - Stand under a pull-up bar and grip it with one hand in an overhand grip and the other hand in an underhand grip, about shoulder-width apart.
- 2 - Hang from the bar with your arms fully extended, shoulders engaged, and legs slightly bent or crossed behind you.
- 3 - Brace your core and keep your body controlled without swinging.
- 4 - Pull your chest toward the bar by driving your elbows down and back, keeping your torso as stable as possible.
- 5 - Pause briefly at the top when your chin clears the bar or your upper chest approaches the bar.
- 6 - Lower yourself slowly until your arms are fully extended again.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, switching hand positions between sets to train both sides evenly.
