Single-Arm Cable Row
1 - Attach a single handle to a low cable pulley and set the desired weight.
2 - Stand or sit facing the cable machine with your feet planted firmly and your torso upright.
3 - Hold the handle with one hand, extend your arm forward, and allow your shoulder blade to protract slightly without rounding your lower back.
4 - Brace your core and pull the handle toward the side of your torso, driving your elbow back close to your body.
5 - Squeeze your shoulder blade back at the end of the pull while keeping your chest lifted and torso stable.
6 - Slowly return the handle to the starting position under control, fully extending the arm without letting the weight stack slam.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch sides.
