Neutral-Grip Chin-Up
1 - Grip parallel pull-up handles with your palms facing each other and your arms fully extended.
2 - Engage your core, keep your chest lifted, and pull your shoulder blades slightly down and back.
3 - Begin the pull by driving your elbows down toward your ribs while keeping your body controlled and avoiding swinging.
4 - Pull yourself upward until your chin clears the handles or your upper chest approaches your hands.
5 - Pause briefly at the top while maintaining tension through your back and arms.
6 - Lower yourself under control until your arms are fully extended again.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
