Chin Up
1 - Stand under a pull-up bar and grip it with your palms facing toward you, hands about shoulder-width apart.
2 - Hang with your arms fully extended, shoulders engaged, and legs slightly bent or crossed to keep your body stable.
3 - Brace your core and pull your shoulder blades down and back before initiating the pull.
4 - Pull your body upward by driving your elbows down toward your sides until your chin clears the bar.
5 - Pause briefly at the top while keeping your chest lifted and control maintained.
6 - Lower yourself slowly back to the starting position with full arm extension.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions without swinging or using momentum.
