Machine Seated Hamstring Curl
- 1 - Sit on the seated hamstring curl machine with your back firmly against the back pad.
- 2 - Adjust the knee pad so it rests securely over your thighs and align your knees with the machine’s pivot point.
- 3 - Place the back of your lower legs against the ankle pad, just above your heels.
- 4 - Grip the handles and keep your torso stable throughout the movement.
- 5 - Curl your legs downward by bending your knees, squeezing your hamstrings at the bottom of the motion.
- 6 - Slowly return the weight to the starting position with control, avoiding letting the weight stack slam.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
