Cable Hamstring Curl
1 - Attach an ankle strap to a low cable pulley and secure it around one ankle.
2 - Stand facing the cable machine and hold the machine or a stable support for balance.
3 - Step back slightly to create cable tension, keeping your working knee aligned with your standing knee.
4 - Brace your core and keep your torso upright while maintaining a slight bend in the standing leg.
5 - Curl your working heel toward your glutes by bending the knee, keeping your thigh relatively still.
6 - Squeeze your hamstring briefly at the top, then slowly lower your foot back to the starting position under control.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch legs.
