Heel Scoops
- 1 - Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart, arms relaxed at your sides or slightly swinging for balance.
- 2 - Begin jogging forward at a slow, controlled pace.
- 3 - As you step forward, actively drive your heel up toward your glutes by flexing your knee and contracting your hamstring.
- 4 - Allow the heel to lightly touch or come close to your glutes before returning your foot to the ground.
- 5 - Alternate legs in a continuous, rhythmic motion, focusing on the speed of the heel pull rather than forward speed.
- 6 - Keep your posture upright, core engaged, and avoid leaning forward excessively.
- 7 - Continue for the desired duration or distance, maintaining smooth and controlled movement throughout.
