Band Leg Curl
1 - Anchor a resistance band securely to a low point behind you and attach the other end around one or both ankles.
2 - Lie face down on a mat or bench with your legs extended and enough distance from the anchor to create light band tension.
3 - Brace your core and keep your hips pressed down so your lower back does not arch excessively.
4 - Bend your knee and pull your heel toward your glutes against the band resistance.
5 - Pause briefly at the top, squeezing your hamstrings.
6 - Slowly extend your leg back to the starting position under control, then repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
