Cable Tricep Extension With Bar
- 1 - Attach a straight bar to a high pulley cable and stand facing the machine.
- 2 - Grip the bar with an overhand grip, hands about shoulder-width apart, and keep your elbows close to your sides.
- 3 - Step back slightly, brace your core, and lean forward a little while keeping your chest up and spine neutral.
- 4 - Start with your elbows bent and forearms angled upward, then press the bar down by extending your elbows.
- 5 - Continue until your arms are nearly fully straight and your triceps are contracted, without locking your elbows forcefully.
- 6 - Slowly return the bar to the starting position under control, keeping your upper arms still.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
