EZ Bar Skull Crusher
1 - Lie flat on a bench with your feet firmly planted on the ground and your back flat against the bench.
2 - Grip the EZ bar with an overhand grip on the inner angled grips, slightly narrower than shoulder-width apart.
3 - Press the EZ bar up above your chest with your arms fully extended, keeping your elbows pointing forward.
4 - Slowly lower the bar toward your forehead by bending only at the elbows, keeping your upper arms stationary and perpendicular to the floor.
5 - Stop just before the bar reaches your forehead, ensuring full control throughout the descent.
6 - Drive the bar back up to the starting position by extending your elbows, contracting your triceps fully at the top.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, maintaining strict form and control throughout.
