Cable Single-Arm Tricep Pushdown
- 1 - Set a cable pulley to the highest position and attach a single handle or grip attachment.
- 2 - Stand facing the cable machine with your feet about shoulder-width apart and grasp the handle with one hand using a neutral or overhand grip.
- 3 - Keep your elbow tucked close to your side, upper arm still, chest up, and core braced.
- 4 - Start with your elbow bent and your forearm near your torso, then press the handle downward by extending your elbow.
- 5 - Continue until your arm is fully extended without locking the elbow harshly, squeezing your triceps at the bottom.
- 6 - Slowly return the handle to the starting position under control, keeping your upper arm stationary.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch arms.
