Skull Crusher
1 - Lie on a flat bench holding an EZ bar or barbell with a shoulder-width overhand grip.
2 - Press the bar up so your arms are extended above your chest, keeping your wrists stacked over your elbows.
3 - Keep your upper arms mostly stationary and slowly bend your elbows to lower the bar toward your forehead or just behind your head.
4 - Pause briefly at the bottom while maintaining control and keeping your elbows from flaring excessively outward.
5 - Extend your elbows to raise the bar back to the starting position, squeezing your triceps at the top.
6 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions while keeping your shoulders stable and your movement controlled.
