EZ Bar Incline Skull Crusher
- 1 - Set an adjustable bench to a low-to-moderate incline and lie back with your feet planted firmly on the floor.
- 2 - Hold an EZ bar with a close overhand grip and extend your arms above your chest with your elbows pointing upward.
- 3 - Keep your upper arms mostly fixed and brace your core to maintain a stable torso on the bench.
- 4 - Bend your elbows to lower the EZ bar in a controlled motion toward the top of your forehead or slightly behind your head.
- 5 - Pause briefly when you feel a stretch in your triceps without letting your elbows flare excessively.
- 6 - Extend your elbows to press the bar back to the starting position, squeezing your triceps at the top.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions while keeping the movement controlled.
