Cable Tricep Pushdown Rope
- 1 - Attach a rope handle to a high cable pulley and stand facing the machine with your feet about shoulder-width apart.
- 2 - Grip one end of the rope in each hand with a neutral grip, keeping your elbows close to your sides.
- 3 - Brace your core, keep your chest up, and start with your elbows bent and forearms angled upward.
- 4 - Push the rope down by extending your elbows until your arms are nearly straight.
- 5 - At the bottom, separate the rope ends slightly and squeeze your triceps without locking your elbows harshly.
- 6 - Slowly return the rope to the starting position while keeping your upper arms still.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
