Quick Feet
1 - Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent, and your body in an athletic stance with a slight forward lean.
2 - Lift one foot slightly off the ground and then quickly alternate feet in a rapid, shuffling motion, keeping each step short and fast.
3 - Stay on the balls of your feet throughout the movement, minimizing ground contact time with each step.
4 - Keep your core engaged, hips low, and maintain an upright torso to ensure balance and control.
5 - Pump your arms in sync with your feet to help drive speed and rhythm.
6 - Continue the rapid foot movement for the desired duration, maintaining maximum speed and coordination throughout.
