Agility Ladder Icky Shuffle
- 1 - Place an agility ladder flat on the ground in a straight line. Stand at one end of the ladder facing forward.
- 2 - Begin by stepping your right foot into the first square of the ladder, followed by your left foot into the same square.
- 3 - Then step your right foot out to the right side of the ladder, keeping it outside the rung, while your left foot moves into the next square.
- 4 - Bring your right foot back into the next square alongside your left foot, then step your left foot out to the left side of the ladder.
- 5 - Continue this alternating in-in-out pattern down the full length of the ladder, maintaining a quick and rhythmic pace.
- 6 - Stay on the balls of your feet throughout the movement, keeping your knees slightly bent and your core engaged for balance and speed.
- 7 - Repeat the drill for the desired number of repetitions or duration, focusing on foot speed, coordination, and minimal ground contact time.
