Stir-The-Pot
- 1 - Place your forearms on top of an exercise ball and step your feet back into a plank position.
- 2 - Position your elbows under your shoulders, keep your legs straight, and brace your core as if preparing for a plank.
- 3 - Squeeze your glutes and maintain a straight line from your head to your heels without letting your hips sag or rise.
- 4 - Slowly move your forearms in small circular motions on the ball, as if stirring a pot.
- 5 - Keep your torso as still as possible while resisting rotation and maintaining steady breathing.
- 6 - Complete the desired number of circles in one direction, then repeat in the opposite direction.
- 7 - Stop the set if you lose control of your spine or hips, then reset before continuing.
