TRX Body Saw
1 - Set the TRX straps to a low position and place your feet in the foot cradles with your toes facing down.
2 - Assume a forearm plank position with your elbows under your shoulders, legs extended, and body in a straight line from head to heels.
3 - Brace your core, squeeze your glutes, and keep your hips level without letting your lower back sag.
4 - Using your shoulders and forearms for control, slowly shift your body backward so your elbows move slightly behind your shoulders.
5 - Pull your body forward again to return to the starting plank position while maintaining a rigid torso.
6 - Continue moving forward and backward in a controlled sawing motion for the desired reps or duration.
7 - Stop the set if you can no longer maintain a neutral spine or stable plank position.
