Cable Pallof Press Rotation
- 1 - Set a cable pulley to chest height and attach a single handle. Stand sideways to the machine with your feet about shoulder-width apart.
- 2 - Grip the handle with both hands at the center of your chest and step away from the machine until there is steady tension on the cable.
- 3 - Brace your core, keep your ribs down, and maintain a tall posture with a slight bend in your knees.
- 4 - Press the handle straight out in front of your chest until your arms are fully extended.
- 5 - Keeping your hips mostly square and your core tight, rotate your torso slightly away from the cable stack in a controlled motion.
- 6 - Return to the center, bring the handle back to your chest, and repeat for the desired number of repetitions before switching sides.
- 7 - Avoid letting the cable pull you toward the machine or arching your lower back during the movement.
