1 - Start by lying face down on the floor or a mat.
2 - Place your forearms flat on the ground with your elbows directly beneath your shoulders and your arms parallel to your body.
3 - Push up onto your forearms and toes, lifting your body off the ground so it forms a straight line from head to heels.
4 - Engage your core by drawing your navel toward your spine, and squeeze your glutes to maintain a neutral pelvis.
5 - Keep your neck in a neutral position by looking at the floor just beyond your hands.
6 - Avoid letting your hips sag toward the floor or rise up into the air.
7 - Hold the position for the desired duration, breathing steadily throughout.
