Close-Grip Pull-Up
- 1 - Grip a pull-up bar with your hands close together, about 6–12 inches apart, using an overhand or neutral grip if available.
- 2 - Hang with your arms fully extended, shoulders engaged, and legs slightly bent or crossed behind you.
- 3 - Brace your core and keep your body controlled without swinging.
- 4 - Pull your chest toward the bar by driving your elbows down and back, focusing on squeezing your lats and upper back.
- 5 - Continue pulling until your chin clears the bar or your upper chest approaches your hands.
- 6 - Lower yourself under control until your arms are fully extended again.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions while maintaining strict form.
