Ring Archer Push-Up
1 - Set the rings low to the ground and wide enough to allow one arm to extend out to the side during the movement.
2 - Grip the rings and assume a strong plank position with your feet on the floor, body straight from head to heels, and core braced.
3 - Turn the rings slightly outward and keep your shoulders packed down and back before starting the rep.
4 - Lower your chest toward one ring by bending that arm while allowing the opposite arm to extend out to the side with control.
5 - Keep your hips level, core tight, and body aligned as you descend until your chest is near the working-side ring.
6 - Press through the bent arm and pull the extended arm back in to return to the starting position.
7 - Alternate sides or complete all reps on one side before switching, maintaining slow control throughout.
