Reverse Prayer Stretch
1 - Stand or sit tall with your spine neutral and shoulders relaxed.
2 - Reach both arms behind your back and bend your elbows, bringing your palms together with fingers pointing upward.
3 - Gently press your palms together and slide your hands upward along your back as far as comfortable.
4 - Keep your chest open, shoulder blades gently drawn back, and avoid shrugging your shoulders toward your ears.
5 - Hold the stretch while breathing slowly and evenly, keeping the pressure mild to moderate and pain-free.
6 - To release, slowly separate your hands and bring your arms back to your sides.
7 - Repeat for the desired duration or number of holds.
