Plate Steering Wheel
- 1 - Stand tall with your feet about shoulder-width apart and hold a weight plate with both hands at the 3 o’clock and 9 o’clock positions.
- 2 - Extend your arms straight out in front of your chest at shoulder height, keeping a slight bend in your elbows.
- 3 - Brace your core, keep your ribs down, and avoid leaning backward as you hold the plate steady.
- 4 - Rotate the plate slowly to one side as if turning a steering wheel, controlling the movement through your shoulders and forearms.
- 5 - Reverse the motion and rotate the plate to the opposite side while keeping your arms extended and shoulders stable.
- 6 - Continue alternating rotations for the desired number of repetitions or time, maintaining control throughout.
