Meadows Row
- 1 - Secure one end of a barbell in a landmine attachment or firmly in a corner, then stand beside the free end of the bar.
- 2 - Take a staggered stance with the foot closest to the bar slightly back, hinge at the hips, and keep your back flat and core braced.
- 3 - Grip the thick end of the barbell sleeve with the hand closest to the bar, allowing your arm to fully extend toward the floor.
- 4 - Pull the bar up toward your lower ribs by driving your elbow back and slightly out, keeping your torso stable and shoulders square.
- 5 - Squeeze your upper back and lat at the top without twisting your torso or shrugging excessively.
- 6 - Lower the bar under control until your arm is extended again, then repeat for the desired number of repetitions before switching sides.
