Terminal Knee Extension
- 1 - Anchor a resistance band securely at knee height and loop it behind the knee of the working leg.
- 2 - Step back until there is tension in the band, then stand tall with the working foot flat on the floor and the knee slightly bent.
- 3 - Keep your hips level, core braced, and most of your weight on the working leg.
- 4 - Straighten the working knee by contracting your quadriceps and pushing the back of the knee into the band.
- 5 - Pause briefly at full knee extension without locking the joint aggressively.
- 6 - Slowly allow the knee to bend back to the starting position under control.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch legs if needed.
