Walking Quad Pull
1 - Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart and your arms relaxed at your sides.
2 - Step forward with one foot, then bend the opposite knee and bring that heel toward your glutes.
3 - Grab the ankle or top of the foot with the same-side hand and gently pull until you feel a stretch through the front of the thigh.
4 - Keep your knees close together, chest upright, and core lightly braced; avoid arching your lower back.
5 - Release the foot, step forward, and repeat on the other side in a smooth walking rhythm.
6 - Continue alternating legs for the desired distance, duration, or number of repetitions.
