Band Terminal Knee Extension
- 1 - Anchor a resistance band behind you at knee height and loop the other end around the back of your working knee.
- 2 - Step forward to create tension in the band, keeping your working foot flat on the floor.
- 3 - Start with the working knee slightly bent while maintaining an upright torso and stable hips.
- 4 - Drive the knee back by tightening your quadriceps until the leg reaches full extension without locking aggressively.
- 5 - Pause briefly at the top and squeeze the quadriceps.
- 6 - Slowly allow the knee to bend back to the starting position under control.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch legs if needed.
