Machine Leg Extension Toes Out
- 1 - Sit on the leg extension machine with your back firmly against the pad and your knees aligned with the machine's pivot point.
- 2 - Adjust the ankle pad so it rests just above your ankles, not on your feet.
- 3 - Grip the handles or sides of the seat for stability and position your feet with your toes turned slightly outward.
- 4 - Brace your core and extend your knees by lifting the pad upward in a controlled motion.
- 5 - Pause briefly at the top while squeezing your quadriceps, keeping your toes turned out and avoiding locking your knees aggressively.
- 6 - Lower the weight slowly back to the starting position until your knees are bent under control.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions while keeping your hips and back stable against the seat.
