Machine Leg Extension Toes In
- 1 - Adjust the leg extension machine so your knees align with the machine’s pivot point and the pad rests just above your ankles.
- 2 - Sit tall with your back firmly against the pad and hold the handles for stability.
- 3 - Position your feet hip-width apart and turn your toes slightly inward while keeping your knees tracking in line with your thighs.
- 4 - Brace your core and extend your knees by lifting the pad until your legs are nearly straight, without locking out aggressively.
- 5 - Pause briefly at the top and squeeze your quadriceps.
- 6 - Lower the weight back down in a slow, controlled motion until your knees are bent to the starting position.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions while maintaining the toes-in position throughout the set.
