Cable Lat Pulldown Neutral Grip
- 1 - Attach a neutral-grip pulldown handle to the high cable pulley and sit on the lat pulldown seat.
- 2 - Adjust the thigh pad so your legs are secured, then plant your feet flat on the floor.
- 3 - Grip the handles with your palms facing each other and sit tall with your chest lifted.
- 4 - Slightly lean back while keeping your core braced and shoulders pulled down away from your ears.
- 5 - Pull the handle down toward your upper chest by driving your elbows down and back.
- 6 - Pause briefly at the bottom, squeezing your lats and upper back without shrugging your shoulders.
- 7 - Slowly return the handle to the starting position with control, allowing your arms to extend before repeating.
