Cable Lat Pulldown Single-Arm
- 1 - Attach a single handle to a high pulley cable and sit or kneel facing the machine.
- 2 - Grip the handle with one hand using a neutral or overhand grip, and allow your arm to fully extend overhead without shrugging your shoulder.
- 3 - Brace your core, keep your chest lifted, and maintain a stable torso throughout the movement.
- 4 - Pull the handle down toward the side of your upper chest by driving your elbow down and slightly back.
- 5 - Pause briefly at the bottom while squeezing your lat, keeping your shoulder down and away from your ear.
- 6 - Slowly return the handle to the starting position with control until your arm is fully extended.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch sides.
