Cable Lying Tricep Extension
- 1 - Attach a straight bar, EZ bar, or rope handle to a low cable pulley and place a flat bench in line with the cable.
- 2 - Lie on the bench with your head closest to the pulley and hold the attachment with an overhand grip.
- 3 - Start with your arms extended above your chest or slightly behind your head, keeping your elbows tucked and pointing upward.
- 4 - Bend your elbows slowly to lower the attachment toward your forehead or just behind your head while keeping your upper arms as still as possible.
- 5 - Extend your elbows to press the attachment back to the starting position, squeezing your triceps at the top.
- 6 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions while maintaining control and constant cable tension.
