Spanish Squat Iso Hold
1 - Anchor a strong resistance band or strap to a sturdy point at about knee height.
2 - Step both legs inside the band and position it behind your knees, then walk backward until there is firm tension.
3 - Stand with your feet about shoulder-width apart and keep your torso upright.
4 - Sit back into a squat while allowing the band to support your knees, keeping your shins mostly vertical.
5 - Lower until your thighs are roughly parallel to the floor or to a comfortable depth.
6 - Hold the position for the desired duration while keeping your chest tall, core braced, and knees tracking in line with your toes.
7 - Stand back up slowly and step forward to release band tension safely.
