Band Monster Walk
1 - Place a resistance band around your legs, either just above the knees or around the ankles depending on the desired difficulty.
2 - Stand with your feet about hip-width apart and create light tension in the band.
3 - Hinge slightly at the hips, bend your knees, and keep your chest up with your core braced.
4 - Step forward and slightly outward with one foot, maintaining tension on the band throughout the movement.
5 - Step forward and slightly outward with the other foot, continuing to walk in a controlled, wide stance.
6 - Keep your knees tracking in line with your toes and avoid letting them collapse inward.
7 - Continue for the desired number of repetitions or distance, then reset and repeat as needed.
