Half-Kneeling Hip Flexor Stretch
- 1 - Start in a half-kneeling position with one knee on the floor and the opposite foot planted in front of you, both knees bent to about 90 degrees.
- 2 - Keep your torso upright and brace your core gently to avoid arching your lower back.
- 3 - Tuck your pelvis slightly under by squeezing the glute of the kneeling leg.
- 4 - Slowly shift your hips forward until you feel a stretch through the front of the hip and thigh of the kneeling leg.
- 5 - Hold the stretch while breathing steadily, keeping your chest tall and hips square.
- 6 - Return to the starting position and switch sides.
