Supinated Inverted Row
- 1 - Set a bar in a rack at about waist height, or use a stable fixed bar that allows you to hang underneath it.
- 2 - Lie under the bar and grip it with a supinated grip, palms facing toward you, with hands about shoulder-width apart.
- 3 - Extend your legs and keep your body in a straight line from head to heels, with your core and glutes engaged.
- 4 - Start with your arms fully extended and shoulders controlled, avoiding excessive shrugging.
- 5 - Pull your chest toward the bar by driving your elbows down and back, squeezing your upper back at the top.
- 6 - Lower yourself under control until your arms are extended again, maintaining a rigid body position throughout.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
