Inverted Row With Pause
- 1 - Set a bar at about waist height and position yourself underneath it, facing upward.
- 2 - Grip the bar slightly wider than shoulder-width with your palms facing away or toward you, depending on preference.
- 3 - Extend your legs and keep your body in a straight line from head to heels, with your core and glutes engaged.
- 4 - Pull your chest toward the bar by driving your elbows down and back, keeping your shoulders away from your ears.
- 5 - Pause briefly at the top position with your chest close to the bar and your shoulder blades squeezed together.
- 6 - Lower yourself back down under control until your arms are fully extended.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions while maintaining a rigid body position.
