Barbell Meadows Row
- 1 - Load one end of a barbell and place the unloaded end securely in a landmine attachment or wedged into a corner.
- 2 - Stand perpendicular to the barbell with the loaded end to your side, feet shoulder-width apart and knees slightly bent.
- 3 - Hinge at the hips until your torso is roughly parallel to the floor, keeping your back flat and core braced.
- 4 - Reach down and grip the loaded end of the barbell with the hand closest to it, using a neutral or overhand grip.
- 5 - Row the barbell upward by driving your elbow high and back, retracting your shoulder blade and squeezing your upper back at the top.
- 6 - Slowly lower the barbell back to the starting position in a controlled manner, allowing a full stretch through the lat and upper back.
- 7 - Complete all reps on one side before switching to the other side.
