Neutral-Grip Pull-Up
- 1 - Grip parallel handles on a pull-up bar with your palms facing each other and your hands about shoulder-width apart.
- 2 - Hang with your arms fully extended, shoulders engaged, chest lifted, and core braced.
- 3 - Initiate the movement by pulling your shoulder blades down and back, then drive your elbows toward your ribs.
- 4 - Pull your body upward until your chin clears the handles or your upper chest approaches the bar.
- 5 - Pause briefly at the top while keeping your body controlled and avoiding swinging.
- 6 - Lower yourself slowly back to the starting position with full arm extension.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
