Machine Tricep Extension
- 1 - Adjust the seat and handles so your upper arms are supported and your elbows align with the machine’s pivot point.
- 2 - Sit upright with your back against the pad, feet flat on the floor, and grasp the handles with a firm grip.
- 3 - Brace your core and keep your shoulders down and stable throughout the movement.
- 4 - Extend your elbows by pressing the handles forward or downward, depending on the machine design, until your arms are nearly straight.
- 5 - Pause briefly at full extension while squeezing your triceps, without locking your elbows forcefully.
- 6 - Return the handles slowly to the starting position by bending your elbows under control.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions while keeping your upper arms fixed against the pad.
