Sled Row
- 1 - Attach straps, ropes, or handles securely to a loaded sled and stand facing the sled with your feet about shoulder-width apart.
- 2 - Grip the handles firmly, brace your core, and hinge slightly at the hips with your knees softly bent.
- 3 - Start with your arms extended and your shoulders packed down and back, keeping a neutral spine.
- 4 - Row the handles toward your ribs by driving your elbows back and squeezing your shoulder blades together.
- 5 - Step backward or maintain tension as needed to keep the sled moving toward you in a controlled manner.
- 6 - Extend your arms back to the starting position without losing posture, then repeat for the desired distance, time, or number of pulls.
- 7 - Avoid rounding your back or shrugging your shoulders during the movement.
