TRX Inverted Row
1 - Set the TRX straps to about waist height and hold one handle in each hand with your palms facing each other.
2 - Walk your feet forward and lean back until your body forms a straight line from head to heels, with your arms fully extended.
3 - Brace your core, keep your shoulders down and back, and avoid letting your hips sag.
4 - Pull your chest toward the handles by driving your elbows back and squeezing your shoulder blades together.
5 - Pause briefly at the top while keeping your body rigid and your wrists neutral.
6 - Lower yourself back to the starting position in a controlled manner until your arms are fully extended.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, adjusting your foot position to increase or decrease difficulty.
