Medicine Ball Chest Pass
1 - Stand tall facing a wall or partner with your feet about shoulder-width apart, holding a medicine ball at chest height.
2 - Brace your core, keep your chest up, and position your elbows slightly below shoulder level.
3 - Quickly press and throw the medicine ball straight forward from your chest using both hands.
4 - Fully extend your arms as you release the ball, keeping your body controlled and balanced.
5 - Catch the returning ball or retrieve it, reset at chest height, and rebrace your core.
6 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, focusing on explosive power and accurate throws.
