Medicine Ball Push-Up
- 1 - Place one medicine ball on the floor and set up in a high plank position with one hand on the ball and the other hand on the floor.
- 2 - Position your feet slightly wider than hip-width for stability and keep your body in a straight line from head to heels.
- 3 - Brace your core, squeeze your glutes, and keep your shoulders stacked over your hands.
- 4 - Lower your chest toward the floor in a controlled motion, allowing the elbow of the hand on the ball to bend while maintaining balance.
- 5 - Press firmly through both hands to push your body back up to the starting position.
- 6 - Complete the desired number of repetitions on one side, then switch the ball to the other hand and repeat.
- 7 - Keep your hips level throughout the movement and avoid letting your lower back sag.
