Machine Shoulder Press
- 1 - Adjust the seat height so that the handles are at shoulder level when seated.
- 2 - Sit down with your back firmly pressed against the pad and feet flat on the floor.
- 3 - Grip the handles with an overhand grip, slightly wider than shoulder-width apart.
- 4 - Brace your core and press the handles upward in a controlled motion until your arms are fully extended overhead.
- 5 - Pause briefly at the top, avoiding locking out your elbows completely.
- 6 - Slowly lower the handles back down to shoulder level in a controlled manner.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
