Arnold Press
- 1 - Sit or stand tall with a dumbbell in each hand, core braced, and feet about shoulder-width apart.
- 2 - Start with the dumbbells in front of your shoulders, palms facing your body, and elbows bent close to your torso.
- 3 - Press the dumbbells upward while rotating your palms outward so they face forward by the time the weights pass eye level.
- 4 - Continue pressing until your arms are fully extended overhead without locking your elbows or arching your lower back.
- 5 - Lower the dumbbells under control while rotating your palms back toward your body.
- 6 - Return to the starting position with the dumbbells in front of your shoulders.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions while maintaining smooth rotation and controlled shoulder movement.
