Dumbbell Seated Arnold Press
- 1 - Sit upright on a bench with back support, feet flat on the floor, and a dumbbell in each hand.
- 2 - Bring the dumbbells to shoulder height with your elbows bent and palms facing toward you, as if at the top of a biceps curl.
- 3 - Brace your core and keep your chest lifted without arching your lower back excessively.
- 4 - Press the dumbbells upward while rotating your palms outward so they face forward by the time your arms are overhead.
- 5 - Finish with the dumbbells above your shoulders, elbows extended but not locked out.
- 6 - Lower the dumbbells under control while rotating your palms back toward you, returning to the starting position.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions while maintaining a smooth, controlled motion.
