Knee Circles
1 - Stand upright with your feet together and place your hands on your knees.
2 - Slightly bend your knees and hinge forward at the hips to bring your hands into contact with your kneecaps.
3 - Begin rotating your knees in a slow, controlled circular motion to the right.
4 - Complete the desired number of circles in the clockwise direction, keeping the movement smooth and controlled.
5 - Reverse the direction and perform the same number of circles counter-clockwise.
6 - Keep your core lightly engaged throughout the movement to maintain balance and stability.
