Leg Press
1 - Sit on the leg press machine with your back and hips pressed firmly against the pad.
2 - Place your feet on the platform about shoulder-width apart, with toes slightly turned out and knees aligned with your toes.
3 - Release the safety handles and hold the machine handles for stability.
4 - Lower the platform in a controlled motion by bending your knees until they reach about a 90-degree angle or your comfortable range of motion.
5 - Press through your heels and midfoot to extend your legs, keeping your knees from locking out forcefully at the top.
6 - Maintain control of the weight throughout the movement and keep your lower back in contact with the pad.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
